His diverse career experiences include business ownership, management and staff leadership, contract training, and teaching responsibilities as an Associate Professor of Marketing and Communications. These experiences, his technology competency, and a commitment to exceed client expectations, help Richard guide buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate objectives.
He helps educate clients (keeping them focused on key points), stays current with market trends, continually builds relationships with other service providers, and “listens” to the marketplace. His existing ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) MBA and soon-to-be-awarded e-Pro designations provide a strong foundation for win-win solutions.
As Sales Manager for part-time realtors, Richard makes himself accessible for in-person, phone or email conferences, conducts individual and team training sessions on theory, practical and technology issues, and provides support in buyer-seller transactions.
