Mark moved to the Chicago area from Germany at age 12. While attending college at Iowa State University, he worked in the hotel field; and continued in hotel management after graduation for 15 years. In 2001, Mark joined Haderlein and Co. Realtors and now specializes in residential and investment property. Mark gained building "nuts and bolts" knowledge after becoming a licensed General Contractor in Chicago and an source of knowledge in property improvement issues. Mark focuses on finding his clients properties that fit their needs, and providing advice and renovation/remodeling services to improve properties for the buyer and seller. As an environmentalist, Mark now specializes in green eco-frindly property and construction practices.
